What FinAss is

FinAss is a personal budgeting app operated by Zulkernain Tasin in Vilnius, Lithuania. You type in your income, spending and transfers; it keeps accounts, budgets, subscriptions and loans straight and shows what is safe to spend. It is built for its owner and a small number of people who choose to sign up.

What is stored

Google sign-in

Signing in with Google gives FinAss only your email address and basic profile, used to create or find your account. FinAss requests no access to Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data. Google user data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with anyone.

Who can see it

Only you, signed in to your account. The operator has technical access to the database for maintenance and does not read your entries. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties. There are no advertisements.

Analytics

The public landing page and the app use Google Analytics with IP anonymisation, signals and ad personalisation turned off. The app reports only the page path, never the query string, so account, category and label identifiers are never sent. No transaction contents are ever sent to analytics.

Where it lives

The app runs on Hostinger in Frankfurt and the database on Neon in the European Union. All connections use HTTPS. Money values are stored as exact decimals; nothing is stored unencrypted on any device.

Export and deletion

Settings lets you export your whole account as a JSON file at any time. To delete your account and everything in it, email the address below; it is done within 7 days. Revoking Google sign-in at myaccount.google.com under Third-party access removes that sign-in method.
